Admission Requirements
What you need to know before applying to AADMRT Online:
- AADMRT Membership - All applicants must be employed at an AADMRT member imaging center and have an active membership.
- All applicants must have a GED and be willing to pay the cost of the program.
- AADMRT Online does not accept transfer credits
- Registered Dental Assistants with a valid current license and an x-ray certificate may begin procedural training after completion of all labs and the following sections of the didactic curriculum:
- Radiation Protection and Safety
- Radiological Physics
- X-Ray Technical Factors
- Equipment Operation and Care
Application Process
STEP 1
Imaging center registers as an Affiliated Clinical Site.
STEP 2
Student of an approved Affiliated Clinical Site completes an AADMRT Online application. Request a paper application from an Admissions Representative if preferred.
STEP 3
Submit an official high school transcript and any other transcripts available. Official transcripts can be mailed to our headquarters. Write ATTN: AADMRT Online Admissions.
STEP 4
Upon review of the program application an official transcript(s) provided, the applicant will be scheduled for an interview with an administrator and/or faculty member designated by the CEO.
STEP 5
If accepted, the applicant will be notified by mail and then must submit the following to an Admissions Representative before the semester start date.
Note: AADMRT Online is not responsible for any incomplete applications or late materials. Late applications or application materials will not be considered. An application without a signature will not be considered. Applicants are welcome to reapply if not accepted into the program. Denial of acceptance into the program will be communicated via email.
It is the responsibility of the applicant to provide all of the said above by the first day of their starting semester.

- Online Education Honor Agreement
- Agreement to Abide by Policies
- Agreement to Abide by Radiation Protection Program
- Female Students: Pregnancy Policy Awareness Form
