This is true about raising our children, our personal relationships, and in our chosen careers. Especially in the dental field, new technology is changing the way we look at patients' anatomy and therefore the way we put together our finished product for the doctors that refer their patient's to us. In the office I work in, we are constantly changing and reevaluating our product. Fortunately, we have members of our staff who are committed and experts in this endeavor.
But one thing never changes, and that is the care and respect that each patient expects and deserves when they walk through our office front door. Each person requires special personal attention, and the objective we are looking to achieve for each patient is different. For me, this is what keeps my job so appealing; the quest for the best job I can accomplish for each patient. This never changes.
